Companies collect and store information about their customers in order to offer them the best service. 1.1 OÜ LaFiesta processes the personal data of registered customers on the basis of a valid agreement in which customers have expressed a desire to register, filled out an application for this purpose and agreed to the terms.

1.2 Personal data is classified as information that OÜ LaFiesta collects to identify individuals, fulfill the terms of the agreement and manage accounts. In this case, an agreement is concluded between OÜ LaFiesta and the customer, which serves as the legal basis for processing the customer’s personal data in order to offer products and services in accordance with applicable law.

3.1 OÜ LaFiesta may transfer the personal data of its customers to processors authorized by OÜ LaFiesta, with a registered location and data directories in the European Economic Area. OÜ LaFiesta’s data processors are cooperation partners who implement technical and organizational measures to ensure that the personal data of customers is processed in accordance with applicable law.

3.2 OÜ LaFiesta has concluded personal data confidentiality agreements with all cooperation partners to whom OÜ LaFiesta transfers personal data within the framework of its loyalty program.

3.3 Information about special offers and discounts, as well as products and services, is provided to registered customers via electronic channels (including social networks), by phone number, email address or postal address specified in the application, if the cardholder has given their consent to receive such offers.

4. Changing personal data

8. Storage of personal data in the loyalty program

8.1. Within the framework of the loyalty program, the personal and commercial information of the cardholder is stored in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act; Personal data is automatically deleted after the expiration of the card or the end of the specified period.
Personal data is deleted before the expiration of this period if the cardholder submits a corresponding request to OÜ LaFiesta and if the deletion of such data does not conflict with other legislation.

9. Personal data control within the framework of the loyalty program and dispute resolution.

9.1 Within the framework of the program, OÜ LaFiesta acts as a personal data controller. Within the framework of the loyalty program, OÜ LaFiesta has the right to transfer personal data to processors who are cooperation partners in order to offer better services to card users. Processors have the right to process personal data only in accordance with the instructions received from OÜ LaFiesta and are obliged to guarantee the protection of personal data.
